Shark tapeworm.  Tapeworms can grow up to 12 feet long and may survive in both animal and human digestive tracts for years.  There are generally no symptoms of taeniasis—the hosts may only discover the infection when live segments of the worm are found in the stool.
Tapeworms have no mouth or digestive tract; the segments of the worm absorb predigested food from the host.
